R Harrison Nations, who lived in Whitfield County, GA. He enlisted Co I, 12th Regiment Louisiana Volunteer Infantry. Both legs were amputated
due to injuries during the War. After the War, he returned to Whitfield County to live. His pension is here. Courtesy:
