Minutes 1798-1802, p.149, 22 November 1799, Will C. Williams's deed of Emancipation to Negro Mary Sanders & child Rebecca, said Mary not likely to become chargeable, said Williams to keep child Rebecca until 18 years.

p.318, 18 May 1801, Deed of Emancipation Moses Green to James Triplett a negro man slave.

Minutes 1802-3, p.23, June 1802, Catherine Williamson's deed of Emancipation to Negroes Daniel & Adliey(?) which is also in her last will.

p.27, 22 June 1802, Deed of Emancipation James Williams to Negro Cyrus.

p.73, 20 September 1802, Overseers of the poor bind Sophia a negro girl lately emancipated by the will of Catherine Williamson to James Garriott.

p.74, ditto Judith to George Shaver(?).

p.132, December 1802, Overseers of the poor bind North a Mulatto boy or free negro (who was bound to Budd Haywood who has since departed this life) to James Inskeep.

Minutes 1803-5, p.106, November 1803, Deed of Emancipatin Samuel Slaughter to his negro man slave George.

p.130, John Hackley by his last will directed the following slaves emancipated: Billy, Frankey, Isaac, Fielding, Gabriel, James, and William. Billy, Manley & Lydia are over 21 and under 45. Isaac, Philip, Sally, Charles, James, Rachel, Fielding & Gabriel are the males under the age of 21 and the females under 18, they be bound out by the overseers of the poor.

p..133, 17 January 1804, Deed of Emancipation Lucy Green to negroe man Charles certified to the County of Alexandria in the District of Columbia.

p.138, February 1804, Deed of Emancipation James Dickenson to his negro woman slave Elizabeth and her son Thomas Brown.

p.140, 20 February 1804, overseers of the poor bind Philip a free boy belonging to the estate of John Hackley to Isaac Cowgill to be a blacksmith.

p.142, overseers of the poor take from the possessin of Frankey Jones a malatto free girl named Liddy & bind her to Jonas Pratt.

p.245, 15 October 1804, overseers of the poor bind Judith Miles Mulatto child to Josiah Pratt.
